Here at Kanz Care we are all about serving our community by focusing on supporting the vulnerable cohort of those living with disabilities to become active members of the community.

In Australia, we have 1 in 6 people living with a disability, this makes up 18% of people in our communities that require some support to assist with different aspects of their daily life.

We take a personalised approach when accepting new participants or referrals, we understand that ‘one size fits all’ does not apply when establishing and setting up support systems.

We take a bit more time to get an understanding of you and your support needs, preferences, interests, goals etc., so we can take the right approach in delivering support and understand how to BEST SUPPORT YOU.
