Your information is stored in secure electronic systems with restricted access, and any paper records are kept in locked cabinets. We use strong access controls, encryption where appropriate, and regular staff training to maintain confidentiality. Records are retained for the period required by NDIS rules (typically seven years) and securely destroyed afterwards.
