Kanz Care is a registered NDIS service provider operating in Greater Melbourne. We provide a range of disability supports including but not limited to: assistance with personal activities, community participation, household tasks, life skill development, life stages and transitions support, and accommodation and tenancy assistance.
All services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct, and the specific terms set out in your individual service agreement.
